Our goal is always to keep pricing simple and transparent. Here is the current pricing:
We offer Marshmallow for $400 per office per month with a maximum of 10 users per office. If you need more users, those will be priced individually.
If you are converting from another software system, there will be a one-time conversion fee of $500 – $5,000 depending on the type and complexity of the conversion. This amount can be financed in-house at 0% interest if you prefer.
What do you get for your payment?
Your flat monthly subscription payment provides you with the following features and services:
All modules and program features
These modules include ledger, patient profile, charting, queues, insurance filing, in-office patient tracking, reporting, eSign and automations.
Continuous Support
We will provide ongoing support at no extra charge to keep your system functioning as intended. Please note that the support is limited to the software only.
Free upgrades
Any planned upgrades or additional features will be included at no additional charge beyond your set monthly price.
Consulting
We will provide free consulting on results and suggested practice improvements at your request.
Website integration
We will integrate your website with our scheduling system so patients can schedule online and then appear in your needs appointment queue
Free setup for new locations
If you decide to add a new location, there will be no setup fee for that new location (additional monthly charge for the new location will apply).
